We highly recommend you obtain a referral prior to your appointment. This will make you eligible for a Medicare rebate.

As long as the referral is from a registered medical professional and is for a maxillofacial surgeon, we can accept it.

Yes. Up to date imaging is important for ensuring the best care possible. Without it, the doctor may not be able to get a clear image of your case, and we may ask you to return after your imaging has been taken. We are not always notified when imaging has been taken, so we ask that you please tell our friendly staff where you had your imaging taken (e.g. QScan, Lumus etc.) so we can ensure we have access to it.

Yes. We only use local anaesthetic at our clinic; therefore, it should be safe for you to drive to and from your appointment. We do not have parking on the premises, however, there is 2-hour free street parking on Lucy Street as well as underground parking in the Coles Local Milton a few minutes’ walk from the practice.

In our clinic, we use local anaesthetic. The means you will be awake for the procedure. If you prefer to be asleep, we offer the option of general anaesthetic at the hospital.

Unfortunately, our clinic does not support payment plans.

• With a referral, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate on your consultation. Unfortunately, Medicare does not cover dental so you will not be able to receive a Medicare rebate on procedures such as removal of teeth.
• Your private health may provide a rebate on dental. However, please note that we do not have HICAPS. Therefore, you will be required to pay the full amount quoted up-front and we will provide a receipt so you may claim back yourself.
